07 gearing

i have a 2007 summit 800 xrs 151 stock gears that came in that was 21/45 i ride at a minimum elevation of 9000ft i changed the gearing to a 19/47 was that a good choice?

Yep thats what i run, the lower ratio the better at that elevation.

Question what length of chain are you guys running I'm regearing to 19/45 and my chains to short its a 72 pin

From what I know you will need a 74 link chain with that gear combo or a broke in 72 link
