I cracked the bulkhead on my sled. What are costs associated with repairs/replacement or aftermarket suggestion? Anyone have this happen to them on this model so I know what $$$ it'll cost me before taking it in? How big of a pain is this going to be? TIA

well here are some costs from yamaha
the front left and right i believe the call them delta box could be wrong on that are like $380 each and the main bulkhead where tunnel goes is $1100
thats all new from yamaha
if you need the main one i know a few guys that have a complete bulkhead and tunnel for sale can pm jtab on here he has one

Has your a arm pivot point cracked on the bulkhead? I had mine alloy welded instead of replacing it. Its a big job to change out a bulkhead!!
I also made up a steel plate to reinforce the a-arm area so it doesn't happen again.
