07 600HO CUTS OUT

I have a 07 600 ho 155 slp pipe can v3 reeds and variflow. It seems to die off stall engine cut out when pulling a hill. Feather the throttle and it will come back. Any one have any trouble shooting advise. Thanks

I see you have V force reeds in it. Does it have the spacer they made for the reed assemblies in it? The 07 600's had to have them with the v force reeds or it would stall and die out in climbs. I had one and it would do the same thing before they came out with the spacers for it.

I struggled with this when I installed them they came with a spacer but I thought it may be even more difficult to install air box so I left them out.
I still have them is this enough or in more spacer required? Is there kit details somewhere?

Thanks

Yeah the spacers that came with it are enough. Putting them in and it will clear up your problem. It did on the one we had.

reeds

I may be having the same issue, I didn't install mine or have the instuctions, could you take a pic or tell me the thicknes and order. Is the sticker on the reed or spacer? Thanks for any help. After looking at sled I have the reed on engine then a thin spacer ? 1/16 th of an inch then the boot. There are gaskets between them. I would think the spacer should be next to the engine? Is the spacer correct size? The kit was bought through Polaris with a polaris part number 2877120

reeds

I called Vforce reeds and on the 600 the spacer is first. The spacer was needed to correct the fuel issues. I will change mine and hope this clears up two years of frustration !!!

440, 600HO, 600R and 600RR V Force 3 reed spacer kit $40.00 a set
These will space back the reeds .100 so they are not blocking the pulse line

Is this a Carbed or a CFI Engine??
