hey guys a buddy of mine has got a o7 600 sdi summit that wont run... seems to start fine in a warm garage but when you try to move it goes fine then just idles up and down causing it to jerk back and forth leave it out side and wont even start.checked the injectors for leakage and they are fine no broken reeds....thinking maybe a sensor....anybody experience this before.

I have about the same problem except mine stats just fouls the plugs-- put a new battery in and it runs just fine till it sits overnight then bam same problem.. Now my headlights and handwarmarms don't work.. If I charge the batttery and have new pugs the thing runs great.. I to am looking for solution
Have you tried switching out your relays? The only tow problems I have had with my 05 SDI is the relay's and battery. This year my sled was idling low and when I put in a new battery that problem went away. I have had Headlight and hand warmer issues before and both were the result of a relay gone bad.
