just purchased 06 summit adrenaline 800 h.o. 144 first skidoo we have ever owned, this thing is a rocket. what is the rated stock hp? what does it have for a stock gear ratio. Any specs or info will be appreciated, thanks

I think summits come with like a 20/46 or 20/45 you may want to drop down to a 19 if it doesn't already have it. I think HP numbers were right around 151/152 at sea level.

I had an 06 800 in a 151, might be one of the best running Summits I ever owned, it was almost unbeatable.

Stock HP was rated @ 151.

Stock gearing for a 144 is 21/45. If you want to change it (And I would) Try 21/46 for lower to mid elevation riding, or for the best mountain riding on a 144 go to 20/45.

Stock drivers – 10 tooth ("X" – 9 tooth)

If you want some mild modifications advice that makes this sled rip, let me know. For about $750 in parts in can be an impressive sled.

140hp stock for the P-Tek in 2006. I swear it's more but that's what was claimed.

My SLP'd '06 is still rocking with the newer 800's at similar HP levels and weight is fairly similar too........guess the old girl stays for another year or two.

The couple of 06's we've had on the dyno, bone stock exhaust shell gold 91 ran at 141~142hp @ 7950 rpms(1100 feet )

Can't harp on ya there! I know of plenty Team Talkers that say that old beast held it's own quite well!!!
