Problem is the warmer on the throttle side of the bar works on low and does not work when turned to high, both low and high works on the other side. Any one have any ideas. Need to no what to do to fix this when I go up in March for my ride. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the high element is just burned out (or possibly the wire has just been broken), I had a similar problem on my 800 Edge.
Take a test light and locate the plug for the handwamer, test to see if you are getting power on both settings and if you are then your warmer is bad. Only takes about a minute to test once you locate the correct plug.
