What is best method for rad removal on 06 755
Make a loop.
plug both.
put in restrictor.

ok, ive been reading this and i still dont understand how this slp rad delete works. a few people have asked if it just makes a loop but theres no stright answer to this. does it make a loop>? i dont have the instructions for the kit i got. so iam lost there. i do however have the slp air intake kit and i was goin to tackle this next week. i just dont understand how that rad set up works. is there any more detailed pics on this form somewhere?

There should be a small tube fitting and a plug.... Where the tee is that goes to the radiator (right side of the sled), pull that tee and replace it with the tube fitting.



Then cut the hose off the coolant bottle leaving about 1" stickin off and stuff that plug in there.

Mine was the timbersled kit, but they shouldn't be too different.

Blockoff plate should slide in where the radiator was, rivet that to the plastics or bulkhead...

ahhhhh........... icic i got er now. makes more sence. is there a different t-stat that the 900`s can use to help it out.

i was talking to my polaris stealership and they said that the 08 coolant bottle needs a different cap is that true or will my stock one work
