06 M7 track recommendations

Was thinking about switching my 153 track over to a 162? Any recommendations on what tracks runs better on a 06 M7 w/ minor mods (clutching, slp can, shift assist, etc)? I ride in CO, steep and deep mostly. Thanks

I like the 2.5" camoplast 162" ported. Depends on your riding conditions. If in alot of hardpack try a fingered track, otherwise I've had good luck with this one.

Powerclaw seems to be the favorite around these parts. I haven't ever been on one but the Challenger on my M7 seems to do just fine and I ride mostly the Snowies.

Most people hate the A20, but I love it for the steep and deep. It is purpose built for that kind of snow, but in hardpack it sucks. If you're really ambitious, you can flip the track around backwards for the hardpack conditions and then it works great then also. The advantage to the A20 is price over the powerclaw, if that's a factor.

The powerclaw is a great track. It works as good or better than the 2.5" camo extreme in our light snow. I had an attack 20 and loved it for the deep days. If you ride the deep you can not beat the attack20 for price/function.
