06 700 throttle issue

My wifes sled so I have only experienced this issue twice, occasionally and intermittently when first taking off (does it hot or cold) it will bog when giving it gas. Then it will be fine and go fine you kind of feather it and it will take off, only did it twice to her the last ride. It was more frequent previous to the last ride but i had just cleaned the before this last episode. Any suggestions? One of the power valves was a little sticky after cleaning them, dirty inside the head, i attempted to clean down inside there, could it still be hanging up, they were pretty dirty. Thanks Erik

Also i noticed some small cracks in the boots, would this indicate time to replace and would that contribute to our issue. Erik

I would change those boots first save yourself a headache down the road ,id also check the power valve bellows over close ,might be a slight rip or hole in one.

replace fuel filter, run 91 octane fuel, throttle body boots (KIMPEX makes them for $20 each on denniskirk ), and replace TPS harness, set TPS

my wifes 06 700 has a bog in the mid range every now and then..then i put like 1-2 gallons of AVGAS 100LL in the fuel tank and it NEVER has an issue...everything on her sled is modded, and everything is new, or mint...so i knw i dont have "faulty parts"...but try adding some higher then normal octane and see if its clears out...just one of those things i suppose...and she thinks is bad A$$ thatshe runs avgas, LOL!!

heres the new throttle body boot like for the KIMPEX replacements..about 50% cheaper then stock, and ive installed a set of them before and seemed to work great.

My 06 700 had this problem. The books were cracked as well. Replacing them fixed my problem. I'd start there.
