Here's some pics of my summer project. It's almost done...mostly cosmetic. I tore the sled all the way down, cleaned up everything then re installed everything

1. 09 style seat post
2. New exhaust bellows
3. Cleaned exhaust valves
4. Cleaned reeds.
5. FBF throttle/oiler cable
6. Heli-Coil rear engine motor mounts...all new grade 8 motor mount bolts.
7. Adjust TPS
8. New fuel filter
9. Install wire loom and reflective tape on "everything" wire related
10. New pull cord
11. New 09 plastics kit
12. New CoBe front bumper
13. New shock tower vents

Powder Coated:

1. Primary clutch cover (Red)
2. Secondary face (Red)
3. Stator cover and torque stop (Red)
4. Main engine side braces (Blk)
5. Throttle body cover plate (Blk)
6. A-Arms & spindles (Blk)

Left to do:

1. Install new, balanced clutch
2. Install new helix - 62-44-46-E 62-42-46-E
3. Install new SLP Power Pro w/ new saddles
4. Re-install rebuilt, re-valved Fox Zero Pro rear track shock
5. Install new rear bumper (Skinz or CoBe still undecided)
6. Change chain case oil
7. Console vents above foot wells
8. Add'l dash vents
9. Install tether
10. Install LED tail light

It would look even better with the Stainless Steel Wrapped hoses to the after cooler......with shrink connects. (hint,hint,Cough....Polz)

nice....i bet someone is pumped to uh ride their new sled!

Geez, I think I'm going to have to take u up on that invitation to come over and see that beast! I know the grippers rock as I have several friends with them on their sleds, but I also have the PP's and love em. If you had the stocks before you will notice a huge improvement off trail! Your sled is the wind beneath the wings of mine, lol.....
