06 700 Fusion Check engine light confusion

Im looking for some ideas as to what may have caused this problem. Here is what happened.
My sled was running great until I brought it in the shop for the routine maintainence...grease suspension, driveshaft bushing, clean clutches inspect belt and bearings etc. This time I decided to lay the sled on its left side to make it easier to grease the zerks on the skid.
Some fuel started leaking out while it was on its side so I flipped it back up., finished what I had started and rode the sled out and put it away.
I started it up this morning to ride ...no problems until I rode about 1/4 mile....then the sled started hestitating, and flashing the check engine light. We changed the plugs, cleaned off the air sensor in the air intake with a dry q-tip and then it ran better for about 1/4 mile and started flashing codes again. It was flashing:
6 Flashes- manual says detonation warning code
and
7 Flashes - manual says injector disconnect.
Took the sled home and there it sits.
I talked to someone who told me I may have air in the fuel rail, so I bled the rail and test rode the sled again. This time it flashed 10 times. Manual says 10 flashes is 5 and 2 tooth crank position sensor.
I'll be taking the sled to the dealer on Monday.

Anyone have any ideas what may have set this off?
