05 summit 1000 dying..?

Posting for a buddy so bare with me.. Im a four stroke guy

he recently bought a 2005 summit 1000 with a fresh motor. Receipts to prove it.. The motor only has 500km since rebuild so basically its, just broke in again.

replaced block, pistons, heads everything.. all new.

Now it runs then just dies.. ill try to find out more details. but hopefully you guys can put us in the right direction

if i ever have troubles with my rt i start with new relays and check battery voltage must be good
what fuel pump is he using

Sounds like the high pressure pump is losing it's prime. Need to upgrade the low pressure lift pump. Add a relay to control it as well. It's located under the motor if it hasn't been relocated yet.
