I have a complete turbo kit for a 2005 Rev. Everything to run minus some new hose, wiring, and barb fittings for the carburators.
Parts Included:
GT2860 Turbo (disco potato)
-turbo has free play, leaks boost into the oil tank. Still builds boost very well with very little lag. Turbo comes with adapter to clamp straight to a stock pipe with springs, Can that exits out the front belly pan, K&N air cleaner, and oil tank. Adjustable pressure wastegate.
"twister" oil pump, filter and pressure guage.
Air box with power jets, boost fittings, and hobbs switch to turn on the electric fuel pump
2.5" diameter charge tube. All mandrell bent aluminum
Silicon boots with the good clamps.
Holley fuel pump and 1:1 boost referenced fuel pressure regulator.
Check valve to install after the stock fuel pump.
Voltage rectfier
Rev dash with
-EGT (no probes)
- Fuel pressure guage
- Boost guage
- Idiot lite for low turbo oil pressure
Right side panel that is black with hole cut in the side for the air cleaner and vent holes where the knee pad would go.
Adjustable pins for the primary clutch (I was running 18grams per pin)
360 main jets
NON-HO head. I was running 91 octane at 7psi for about 500 miles, no issues.
Pistons still had the moly coating on the skirts after 3 years of boost.
