05 fusion 900 question on pipes

Here you go. Got this at a great deal from an HCS member with little miles.
Can see I fabbed up a shield for the y-pipe to prevent cracking on the boots. I used the shield from the stock can and the packing that is under the shield. The dynoport y-pipe has more volume then the stock one and is also ceramic coated but decided to make the shield so I wouldn't have to keep putting the heat tape on when it starts coming off.
The can that came with it is the big volume can which is quieter then the big core barker. A little pricey new for $750 which I got for $300 shipped to Canada with very little miles. But you do get a great quality product. Not thin so you know it will last and I believe would hold the high pressure of the turbo but don't take my word for it.
Hey sno mo you really got to wash that thing mabey a little wax on it every now and then hows the riding up there

Hey Slider, Riding is good, haven't been out riding much, alot of snow but work is short staffed, 3 of us trying to cover 24 hr days with 12 hr shifts so little time off. should have another person in later this week then back to regular shifts. Pipe is running great. Loves the cold air up here. Tried the gutted airbox but was a little too lean for it. Sure woke it up but was afraid would burn the engine.

You hows the Fuse running? been riding much?

its running great did some port work and some tuning (my best friend owns a speed and machine shop so he did some work for me ) and it pulls like a freight train I regeared it up to a 26 top because had plenty of motor to pull the gear 1 thing I found funny was when you hit 120 on the speedo it justs blinks for some reason it won't show anything more the 120 but been riding alot since we finnaly have some good snow talk to you soon

Thats great to hear. Sounds like the 9 is running perfect. So I guess you are running 37 along with the 26 with the stock chain links? Might be interesting to try see if mine can pull the 26 or would need porting? Did you try the 26 before the porting and what tuning was done?
As for the 120 blink remember reading somewhere a while back the sled had a speed limiter after 120mph and wouldn't go past. Was there a noticeable loss in the bottom end power/torque with the 26? Anyways, enjoy rest of your season and hope it lasts longer then usual.
BTW did you compare to gps when full out @120? Curious to see how far off it would be.

You can get a TFI box for around 100 on ebay and add some more fuel in if you need to. I just put one on mine to make sure I am not running lean.
