05 900, sometimes pops through exhaust>

HI, I am new to snow west and am very excited about the info here on the 900 rmk. I do have a concern that I was not able to find anyone talking about and was hoping I could get some input. My 900 has a new crank with an oversized PTO shaft. It runs awsome with very little vibration but sometimes when you let off the throttle it will pop through the pipe? Anyone have this happen to them? Thanks from Onoway ab, canada.

Sounds like it's backfiring just a touch....a little residual fuel in the pipe that ignites for an instant...

my friends was doing the same today throttle cable was a little to loose and tripping the override good easy cheap place to start

Ya, I thought it might be that because the throttle is tight. The plugs are black like a real rich feul mixture? What can be done to fix that little problem? Could I just adjust the TPS sensor so it advances the timming.
