05-06 running boards upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade the running boards on my 06 rmk. What you guys bought? I'm a little worried about the rigidity of the board afterward.

Better Boards. More rigid than stock once installed.

did you cut a big hole or only remove the small "cones"?

already done... but my biggest problem is snow buildup not grip

I installed the BB type insert. Lay it on the board and mark where it needs to be cut out. Cut one big hole, clean up edges and rivet back in place. Better traction, better clean out and better strength. Mine were $100.

I placed the insert on the board, traced and cut it out. Best mod you can do for running board on that year of sled. Good snow elimination and stronger.
