Hey guys whats ur milage on ur 04's please???what have u done to ur motor in the past any problems with the 800ho motor????

04 rev 2,400. Ring recall. no other problems runs great!

Stock with rings replaced--DJ's clutching--runs with stock 07 and XP and gets better gas mileage. Oh, SLP can, ceramic coated stock pipe, SLP air vents, Simmons Skis, Smitty's drop brackets, no sway bar, Snow Eliminator running boards--engine still stock and will stay that way, 2960 miles at 8-11,000".

about 4600 kms..just did an engine re-build 0 km's on it, crank was done 400 kms ago

04 Summit Adrenaline 600HO

I had 3100 miles on it before I traded it in in April for the 08 XP 800r.

Several electrical issues, pull start broke, but the engine was still strong.

04 800 2400mi still ran pretty good but a little low on compression. Just pulled the jugs off it yesterday to find a deep gouge in the pto side piston. Gonna put new pistons in, hone the cylinders, gas-oil-go!

4500 miles, ported by local mechanic, wiseco pistons, and precision can. Haven't had any problems with the motor since I have changed pistons. It seemed to heat soak way to much before that and was only good for about three pulls on a long hill before it would seem to loose a ton of power. Also it is running a 162 maverick track.

My old man's 04 snagged a ring at 1800 miles and took out the whole engine.
