I'm riding the same sled pretty much, and it's not what I consider darty at all, climbing or not... But you say the front comes up easily on the level, meaning under acceleration I think... Which makes me think that your front shock on the rear skid is cranked way up, and the rear torsion springs are looser than they should be... I run the forward shock on mine only about 1/4" from fully loose, if you look at the thread collars. Then I adjust the rear torsion springs for weight. (full soft for me, at about 160lbs) This way the front is planted on hill climbs, and during launches.
When I've had the forward shock cranked up, it's very tippy on the trails, and the skis are out of the snow on most climbs. I suppose I might call it darty... It wants to fall over when climbing if I'm sitting or lazy, and falling is leaning, and leaning is turning... Ez to check.
Make sure everything under there is tight too... The lower cross bolt of the forward shock has worked loose on both my '03 and the '04.
And check the "toe" on the skis. Tons of toe out will make it darty as weight shifts from one ski to the other. I think the skis should be nearly parallel. (some say toe out slightly, some say in slightly, so I set em parallel. Powder doesn't really care...
