03 RX1 Won't run when hot

I have an 03 Rxi with an Alpine 2860 front mount. 2900Kms. the last couple trips to revy the sled runs perfect leaving the parking lot and about 15 minutes up the trail. As soon as it gets up to full temperature it starts back firing and missing and dies. leave it for five minutes, start it up again and it while run for another couple minutes then die. The turbo, downpipe and header are all brand new and i have replaced all the hoses and fittings too. We had the carbs all apart and and replaced all the O rings and cleaned and ajusted completly. Still no change. Mechanic says could have a sticky valve. which would make sense i guess. Anybody else had this issue. Any suggestios would be great. Thanks

Yes i have the carb heaters shut off. I do not have a fuel pressure gauge installed permanetly so i can not cheak it when under boost. Does not seem like its starving for fuel. runs great when its cold.

had my NA rx1 03 out yesterday and had a similar issue. turned the valve for the carb heat on and it went away and ran great for the next 40 miles? i can't seem to exactly figure out my carb heat valve it seems on is off and off is on but that changes?? i've been out on cold days and warm days and sometimes it'll run great and other times i'll need to turn the valve?

i may need a new valve but one thing for sure is it's a very distinct bogging choking stalling poor running piece of chit when it's turned the wrong way.

Your mechanic checked the valve clearances and you were runing .002" on the intake when you should have been .0043" minimum on the intake(turbo sleds like more clearance, for the extra heat). that might be a problem! lets hope she runs better after he adjusts the clearances!

That sure sounds like it could be a good possibility. hope she works. i sure hope you weren't still working on my sled at 3:41 this morning. i don't need it back today. not going riding till next weekend.

That mechanic should get a beer for working on your sled at 4 in the morning!
