03 rev project

i have an 03 rev that i took the beaver tail off of and i am putting a 136 on it. i have one question i guess. tracks usa said that 1.5in paddle is the biggest that will fit. my local ski-doo dealer says that i can fit up to a 2". what do any of you guys know?

In 03 brp put the ck chassis chain case in the rev. That is why they are recomending 1.5 inches. What we did was convert them to a summit chain case and put a little roll into it. You can leave the top shaft in the stock location and get a 2" track in it. Racers Edge in Calgary put together around100 kits they might still have some parts left.

so do you think a 1.75 would fit or am i limited to the 1.5 without having to change anything else.

yes a 1.75 track will fit gives you about 1/4" clearence or better ran one myself i put a 144 under it cut a 2" track down was one of the better sleds i have owned cutting the track gives you a stiffer paddle if that makes a diff

Yes, a 1.75 fits like lookup says. You do have to replace the heat exchanger protectors with the short ones (black strips) or then you could only do the 1.5 like Bruce was telling you. I run a 136x16x1.75 on mine and love it. Throw a set of Mtn Pilots (6.9) on her and she'll do just fine in the deep.
