03 MC Stock Steering post length

Sorry to bring this up again but I cannot seem to find this info.

Does anyone know the length of a stock steering post? in inches preferably?

Just the post, not including the lower ball is 29 7/8". As mounted including the lower ball mount is 31 1/4".

Hmm, interesting. I thought it would be a bit shorter. I thought the CR posts were 3" higher than stock? My old broken CR post is pretty much spot on 30" in length as well.
