Complete engine, will part out. Good used cyinders/top end. Cases. Flywheel. Stator. Crank needs bearings. Was told it was an 03'

Is this an EFI or carb?
Ill take the cases if theyre carb.
It is carb. It might not be on 03" 
Are the cases good or did they get damaged from the bearings going bad?
