03 600 ho shorty makin it long have a few questions

Hey guys i have a few questions on a sled that we are going to be building soon. Its a 2003 600 ho, with the beavertail on the back, he has the old skid out of his 07 summit 800, which is a 144 and a 144x16 track. Now my question is wil this suspension bolt rite up into the 03 chassis or do you have to do any mods to the suspension or chassis, also what kind of tunnel extention would you recomend? Any help on this is well appreciated!

im pretty sure the mounting locations on the 03 will not match up with the summit skid, so you will have to relocate the mounting brackets. for a tunnel extension, call tracksusa. they have extensions for everything, even ones that are not listed on their website. you may also need to modify your chaincase or get smaller drivers to clear the 2" track. i know 03s had shorter chaincases than 04 and up.
