SLP jet charts are fat just like the stock chart from Polaris. I just put a SLP pipe and the big air kit on my '05 700 and SLP called for 510's at sea level. Started out with 490's and it was fouling plugs. Went down to 470's and it's running great. Keep dropping jets until the plugs start looking a nice brown color.
