01 ZR800 Track Upgrade - ADVICE Needed

I'm looking at putting a 144"x2" or 1.5" track on my ZR800. What I'm struggling with is it has the heat exchanger that hangs under the tunnel I've measure it at the front and with 9T drivers I can fit upto a 1.75" track there but I only can fit a 1.25" track where the cooler is at the closest point to the track.

What size of drivers do I need to go with to get the clearance for at least a 1.5" track or 1.75" and or does anyone sell a clipped track that will allow it to fit? As well any recommendations for gearing.

You need a notched track that is cut to clear where the coolers run in the tunnel in relation to the track, track manufacturers make them specifically for this. you can fit a 1.5" NOTCHED track with 9t drivers anything bigger you will need to go to an 8t driver.

If your not going longer with the new track you should consider going wider. I've fit a skidoo 16" x 2 under here. Had to notch the lugs for the cooler but after 1 season no torn lugs and no damage gives the same sq in on the ground as a 151 I believe ooooohhh and the side hill is sweet.

What is the min clearance that I would need from the track to coolers? Ive measured it up and I have a 1/8"
