Gboost Technology introduces its third generation heavy-duty snowmobile belt. This Aramid fiber cord belt is designed for high horsepower engines with tensile load requirements.
The Gboost belt offers the highest shock load rating to date and can withstand the power of 400 hp engines. Its increased top cog pressure load design increases sidewall rigidity while preventing top cog bowing while still allowing for rotational flexibility.
The bottom cog uses a high modulus rubber compound (BZX1) for better heat resistance and heat dissipation. It is also impregnated with short Aramid fibers for better belt-to-sheave adhesion and reduced overall belt temperature.
The Gboost belt has a precision ground sidewall angle (scuffing) for smooth engagement, increased power transfer and lower operating belt temperature.
