Drive Belt – Now that the clutches and belt are clean, it is time to install the belt onto the clutches and set the deflection. The bottom of the grooves on the belt should be even with the top of the secondary (see photo). You may have to adjust the secondary to get it perfect. During the break-in stage or the first few rides of a used machine you should check this and adjust as needed.
