Bend, Ore. - After nearly a decade of steady, incremental sales growth in Canada, Giant Loop has announced that the company will self-distribute in the Canadian powersports market. Giant Loop will service Canadian motorcycle, snowmobile, snow bike, side-by-side and ATV dealers directly from its warehouse and headquarters in Bend, OR.
Currently, more than 20 Canadian dealers in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario import Giant Loop products for their retail customers. In 2019, Giant Loop plans to target the Canadian powersports market by exhibiting at select motorcycle shows and events as part of a comprehensive marketing strategy intended to aggressively expand business in this key North American market.
“Since launching in 2008, we have viewed Giant Loop as an international business, and Canada has consistently ranked among our top export markets,” Harold Olaf Cecil, Giant Loop’s owner and founder, said. “By working directly with Canadian dealers we can reduce the landed cost of our products there, helping to compensate for the currency exchange rate difference between our dollars, as well as for the taxes and international shipping expenses.”
Giant Loop invites Canadian dealers to contact the company for a dealer application, special Canadian dealer pricing and other details to get set up as an authorized Giant Loop dealer. Contact Giant Loop (458) 206-9113.
Giant Loop’s adventure proof motorcycle, snowmobile, snow bike, ATV, UTV, side-by-side, 4x4 and outdoor packing and gear systems are available from select powersports dealers in the USA and Canada and via Tucker Rocky Distributing and Western Power Sports in the USA, as well as from international distributors around the world. Giant Loop is a rider-owned company that designs and tests products in Bend, Oregon.
