The new line of
Revolver goggles from 509 contain some pretty cool features that are very useful for a snowmobile goggle.
The ability to flip the goggle lens up without removing them as means to exhaust any moisture or fog build up really caught our attention initially. That said, it was really the way the goggle actually worked that really impressed us. The wide field of vision we've always loved from 509 is there, and the anti-fog property of the dual-pane lens is very impressive when you spend all day on the snow. It worked so well we never really needed to utilize the flip-up function of the lens.
The new Revolver goggle was both comfortable and reliable. In concert with the new Burandt Signature Altitude carbon fiber helmet, I have yet to have an issue with fogging. (Incidentally, this helmet is warmer than some other motocross-style helmets I have tried.) Finally, the new blue lenses on the Revolver were a great all-weather and all-day goggle option that could be used in both flat light and sun. This setup is worth the price of admission!
