The Idaho State Snowmobile Association has announced that it’s annual state ride will take place at the Great Burn Feb. 27-March 1.
All three lodging accommodations have access from the parking lots and there are four ride levels:
No. 1 - Trail Blazers
No. 2 - Snow Loving Boondockers
No. 3 - Powder Seekers
No. 4 - Adrenaline Junkies
Nos. 1 and 2 will have closer access from Lolo Lodge or Lolo Hot Springs while Nos. 3 and 4 will have closer access from Lochsa Lodge.

Lochsa Lodge: 13 cabins with bathrooms and five cabins without. Prices range from $65-155 per night. Cabins without bathrooms have access to a common bathhouse. The Lodge serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Friday night Meet & Greet will be held at this location. There are "hike-in" undeveloped hot springs for the very adventurous nearby.
Lolo Lodge: There are 30 rooms available. Prices range from the small rooms at $90 to the larger rooms at $120. There are two hot springs hot tubs located inside the lodge. This facility also shares a parking lot with Lolo Hot Springs and a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also an ice skating rink.
The Saturday night banquet will be held at this location.
Lolo Hot Springs cabins and RV campground: There are four cabins located directly across the highway from Lolo Lodge, Lolo Hot Springs and the restaurant. They rent for $90 per night. The RV park is available with electrical hookups but no running water. These must be reserved ahead of time so that they can make sure the spots are cleared.
Idaho tags will be recognized for on-trail riding only. If you plan on getting off trail, a Montana sticker will also need to be purchased.
