Grand Touring
Powered by a liquid-cooled twin 669cc Rotax and two 40mm carbs is the Grand Touring SE. The new, 30-degree footrests add comfort, while the C-7 rear suspension and DSA front suspension flatten bumps.

Included are a bi-level seat, heated throttle and handgrips, side-view mirrors, an 11.1-gallon gas tank, electric start, reverse gear and hydraulic brake.

The Grand Touring 580 comes with a 581cc liquid-cooled Rotax and TRA Clutch. The SC-10 suspension and DSA front suspension comfortably support any riding duo.

A SC-10 suspension that provides 10 inches of travel, and a liquid-cooled, 499cc rotary twin are standard on the new Grand Touring 500. A 40-inch ski stance delivers balance and the 30-degree footrests enhance comfort.

The 136-inch long track and light aluminum chassis enhance the ride. Value-added features include the self-adjusting mechanical disc brake, steel skis, 10.6-gallon gas tank, heated throttle and grips, speedometer and tachometer.

All four fan-cooled touring models come with a self-adjusting mechanical disc brake, a 10.6-gallon fuel tank and electric start.

The 503 Touring SLE is complete with the new internal driver system with the Lite Clutch. SC-10 rear suspension provides a superior ride. A 40-inch ski stance delivers stability.

This sled has reverse gear, electric start, passenger footrests, two-up seat and large a storage area under the backrest.

The new, 436cc powerplant of the Touring LE uses two VM 34 carbs and works with the T.R.A. Clutch. The two-up seat with backrest, footrests and heated throttle and grips add comfort.

Both the Touring E and E LT (long track) offer 10 inches of comforting travel. The E and LT are powered by the fan-cooled 377cc Rotax engine with tuned muffler.

Work And Play Utility Sleds
For 1996, Ski-Doo fans will find the Skandic 500 and 380 are beefed up with steel chassis and reverse gear. Both models are supported by DSA front suspension and SC-10 (10-inches) rear suspension and 136-inch tracks. The 500 and 380 use 497cc and 368cc fan-cooled engines respectively. Standard equipment includes a luggage rack, towing hitch, high windshield, heated handgrips, progressive throttle and reverse gear.

The Skandic Wide Track and Skandic Special have 154-by-20-inch tracks and are powered by a fan-cooled 497cc twin. The Mountain Special has reverse, a 46-inch ski stance and a hood protector bar.

Once again, the Tundra II LT uses a one-cylinder 269cc fan-cooled engine and 139-inch long-track.

Rounding out the Ski-Doo lineup, the Elan is back with its 250cc fan-cooled single, leaf-spring front suspension and a 114-inch track that rides on bogie wheels.
