Minneapolis – Polaris Industries announced that Scott W. Wine, its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has been elected to serve as a director of U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB), effective July 14, 2014.

Minneapolis-based U.S. Bancorp, with $371 billion in assets as of March 31, 2014, is the parent company of U.S. Bank National Association, the 5th largest commercial bank in the United States.
