Transmontana Charity Ride Coming Up

Riding border to border for a good cause

Published in the December 2010 Issue News

The Transmontana snowmobile charity ride is right around the corner, scheduled for Jan. 16-21, 2011.

Sponsored by the Montana Snowmobile Association and supported by Teva Neuroscience, the six-day, 500- mile ride will start at the Canadian border north of Eureka and end at Raynolds Pass, outside of West Yellowstone. The proceeds from Transmontana go to the Northwest Region of the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America. Proceeds help fund the distribution of equipment, educational seminars, assistance with MRIs, cooling program, toll-free helpline and the MSI program.

From Eureka, the ride heads south to Kalispell, then Seeley Lake, Lincoln, Deer Lodge and Butte before ending near West Yellowstone.

If you're unable to participate in the ride, you can also simply make a pledge.
