hey guys i have a 07 xfire 8 and i need to know how to clutch this sled for 6-9000 ft..
the mods i have are:
d&d singlepipe,ypipe,boondocker,vforce3's,and 4 inch intake

do you guys have any clutching reccomendations for me? thank in advance

The factory suggestions on the sitcker under the hood are not a very good place to start. I think that they are suggesting 68G and a 36 degree helix change.

This is what I am using.

I am running the cutler adjustable weights set at 71grams in the heel. Plus they are adjustable in the field if need be. A gold spring in the primary. I like a low engaugement on the clutch. I did not like the 36 degree helix, so I changed back to the stock 46-40 unit with the orange spring. I also added the D&D Shift assist, but it really did not make that big of a change for me.
