I have a D&D Y pipe, single pipe and can off my M7. Will it work on my 07 M8? How much different are the motors? Thanks for any help.

I think you lack the exhaust sensor which might affect your ecu functions.
I knew there was something. I bet I could run the can. I wonder If I had a bung welded in for that egt if it would work.

Y-pipe has different bolt pattern. I would think it would cause problems. The cans are tuned just like the pipe

The D&D can for the M7 and M8 are the same part # on there site. I have a that was off a M8 can on my M7.
Looking at the M8 stock pipe and slp pipe, (Just happen to have them around) The D&D m7 pipe is smaller. The Y pipe will not work and most of the gain was from the Y pipe.
I quess a guy could put the pipe on(mod a sensor on to it) at his own risk but your going to be in the dark. ?? Rich/Lean/HP loss??
