@TRS - I just aligned my dads MY23 850 165. It had a ton of secondary spacers already installed before I started. After using your alignment bar I found it was still out 0.160" (Worst I've seen in about 5 sleds). After getting the required shims in place (for both alignment and float) I am only left with about a half inch of threads on the secondary bolt. Should we be sourcing a longer bolt?

Cheers

TRS, I got your bar and placed it my new holdover 2022 850 Khaos.
Either I'm doing it wrong or I have the only 850 that doesn't need to be shimmed out more than .010. Lead in is .035.
Am I really that lucky?
Thoughts?

That’s actually pretty good, my 24’ 9R was .120 off and my 24’ boost was .154 off. The boost needed TRS motor mounts to correct the alignment 100%.

135 thou on mine - been fighting rpm issues since I bought it, new belt, new springs, new mounts and it would pull 8200 but 2-3 rides into each season it would start to fade until I could only pull 7900. Excited to get some shims in it. Thanks for making this product Tony, I should have checked this years ago.
