Tons of coolant in my cylinders

My 2003 rmk 800 has been running fine all year, until last week. It happened last time I was riding, my sled started running rough and it gradually got worse and worse. Suddenly a bunch of smoke started coming out from under the hood. I hit the kill switch and opened the hood, there was coolant shooting out of the top of the recovery tank and I couldn't really tell where the smoke was coming from. Anyway, I left it there and came back with more coolant. Then rode it home (about 2 miles). I took the top off the engine and my cylinder are full of coolant and my pistons are all black. I don't know how that much coolant could of gotten through my O-Rings that fast. Could there be a crack in my engine?
