How often should I change the Team secondary spring? When I looked in their, it looks like it wants to fly off and hit you in the head if you try and take it off. In other words, not like my spring in the old AC or Yammy clutches.

Most say to change them every riding season. It depends on how much you ride as well. I remove mine in the off season, and I'll use the springs a couple of seasons, unless they indicate a change is necessary. The springs are not expensive, but you will need a press to change them.
