slp head on rmk 700??

im rebuilding my motor so should i put the head on?> i already have slp twins,gutted air box and putting v-fore 3's on.
i ride from 3000 ft to 9000ft but the actually climbing and where we ride is from about 5000ft to 9000ft
there head is from 0-3000,3-6000,6-9000 and 9000+ ft
so would the 6-9000 be good?
and mixing fuel?? there write up in the book says....
