Just take it off.
or cut it down just get some new windsheild trim. use straight tin cutters to do this

Snowstuff makes a nice shorty, gives it that predator look. I have it on both my m's.
ac makes a shorter and a flyscreen, but my vote is just take it off! one less thing to loose up on the hill...

I think I will cut it down.....if that doesent suffuce off it comes ! Mainly becuse I'm cheap!

Just need a couple of zip ties and you're ready to go...

Remove the screen and your air intake housing will be loose....you can use zip ties to hold it back in place. this way....you have the shortest shield out there.......nothing! its cheap too!

this is my first year on an M, running the huge stocker...i also pack tons of stuff in windshield bag...so need to trim it down i guess??? can i still use the stock trim?

Just heat it up with a hair dryer and peel it off. Cut your shield with a jig saw with a very fine blade. And reinstall the trim using small amounts of adhesive (super glue or weatherstrip adheasive).
