I just bought a 09 M1000 to replace my M7

My plan is to hire a local upholstery shop to cover the new seat when I am done in a material that is all black. From what I have found with the search tool, it seems most people use marine grade outdoor vinyl to cover their seat. I am looking for other options. I have seen the two options Parts Unlimited has:

At this point, I am leaning towards the second Parts Unlimited fabric made by Saddlemen.
In a dream situation, I am looking for something with a little stickiness to it. I need the material to be super strong as my sleds always find themselves upside-down!
