How much riser can you run without messing with the cables on a 05 M6?

4" you are save i have 4" on mine i had just enough cable to make it and i heard of guys going 5" without cable extensions but anything more you will need extensions for sure.:beer;

helps if you reroute the throttle cable to the right side of engine.

5" risor, 08 M1000 with out extending cables. OLE's 5" - 15 degree risor. Excellent product!!!!!
