PSI twin/Dial a dome head on gen II 700???

Besides the fact that they are PSI and Bruce is a crook, what are any pros and cons to this setup as far as performance and reliability? My brother is looking at buying a sled with this setup and looking for any advice.

Gen II 700 with twin PSI pipes and Dial A Dome Heads
