Does anyone know if you can put a 16" wide track on a 2004 pro-x, and what is the tallest lug track you can put on without changing the drivers? Will a ski-doo track work on here also? Thanks

A 1,75" track fits but it needs to have cutouts in the lugs to clear the radiators. If they still make and sell the -04 ProXR 440 racer track then GET IT, it´s the one of the best allround tracks ever made and it is bolt on on your sled.

iI had a 1.75 x 121 race track on it and then put a 136 x 1.75 with the cut outs gor the coolers on it. Now I want to put a 144 on it. I'll cut the slots for the coolers in the track but was curious about clearance in the front with sprockets and cooler?

you can get a 2" in there with the 9 tooth drivers, have done it quite a few times, but if your going extros get 8T, you wont be cussing as much.

you can go to 2" no problem. like the other guy said just notch for the coolers. i brought my x2 out to 151 and left the cooling system stock. this sled cools for consistently then my 03 700 Rmk i had before it.

We put a 2" 144 kit in an 03 700 pro-x without changing the drivers. It was tough to get the drivers back in but once they were in there was clearance. Like was said, just notch out for the coolers or buy a notched track. We got our at tracks USA.

16" track will not fit. 2" is the tallest lugs that will fit with the stock 9 tooth drivers. A ski-doo track will work as long as it's not 16" wide and it is 2.52" pitch.

A 16 x 144 x2 will fit a 2004 proxr, I did it a couple winters ago, have to flatten some rivets on inside tunnel, and put spacers on rear skid mount between suspension and tunnel , worked very well.
