Well, yes and no.... they will work sure, but those pipes are designed for a 600 cc motor and not a 800 cc motor, you would not get the peak performance out of them, plus it would probably be a jetting and clutching nightmare, as you would have to guess on everything, and start from there... and in the long run im not sure how much damage it would do to the actual motor...
IMO, keep the stock triple pipes that are on there for now, keep an eye out for triple pipes for a 800, thats what I am doing.... I am in the same boat as you, have a storm motor but no aftermarket pipes. good luck
