Polaris/Klim - Any News?

The acquisition was announced a few months ago, but I've heard nothing since. I'm considering investing in some Klim gear, but would rather wait if the new Polaris/Klim gear launch isn't too far out.

Anyone hearing any rumours?

from what i've read in there press release they will still operate as two seperate companys.and that polaris would not release any rebranded klim gear.

Why would Polaris buy Klim and not brand the lineup and vend it in house ?

From what my arctic cat dealer said about the purchase of klim was that the contract was to keep klim original and only be a parent company to klim to help get it to grow. I think in the future it will have some of klim gear with Polaris but from what my dealer said is that they cant change anything. That's all I have heard. Wish I could find an Everest jacket before next season though
