Polaris 800 Wide Bearing Compatibility

I'm about to buy a 800 crankshaft that has a tough boy kit wide bearing on it. I'm also about to buy a crankcase that has been machined for a wide bearing. How concerned should I be that the crankcase has been machined for a bearing different than the one on the crankshaft, or are all of the wide bearings identical in the machining they require on the case?

Tough boy and wide bearing should be the same. There are 2 things that one does to the crankcase typically.
1 - Drill the oil hole down from the PTO cylinder
2 - make sure the oiler groove extends out to the seal so that oil can make it out to the outer part of the bearing.
