Anyone know why a m7 mod might get some serious sputter in the mid to top end?

Mods are NOS / Pipes and Can / 800 kit / Reeds / compression is 140 ?

He's runnin a boondocker with aftermarket power valves. He thought it could be reeds as he was happy with the NOS last weekend.....?

Hes had the twins for awhile. He is also pretty sure his power valves are good so can the reeds be cooked with alotta NOS?

Oh yeah. If nothing else has changed I would check that.
