I Need Help With An AC F120

I have a 2006 Ac F120 and the brake band was rubbing on the chain so I bought a new one and installed it. When I ran it in the garage the new band rubs too. How do you adjust it to keep it staight? It appears to me it is a really bad set up. Is there a different brake I could buy for it?
