Help: Anti-Virus Pop-up Remover!!!

Hey, last night I acquired a Trojan virus while searching craiglist.com. I scanned my system using Windows Washer and AVG 7.5 free edition. However, while using Internet Explorer I keep getting a Critical System Warning pop-up that wants me to download and instal IE Defender. Where can I look w/in my system to remove this?

N/M, I did a system restore and it seems to have fixed my problem!!!
